By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all users of i-builder.app.

1. About this service

I-Builder (i-builder.app) is an online tool that allows users to design visual instruction cards and guide kits, and to order them as professionally produced single-sided or double-sided instruction cards (CR80 format) — printed in-house and shipped by us.

3. Using the tool

• The design tool is free to use for personal and commercial purposes.
• Creating an account is required to save projects and place orders.
• Printed orders are subject to the pricing shown at checkout.
• You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.

4. Printed orders

4.1 What you're ordering

When you place a print order you are purchasing:

• Printed single-sided or double-sided instruction card(s), produced by us
• Shipping to your delivery address

4.2 Production

Orders are produced in-house at our workshop in Romania. Production may begin after the 24-hour cancellation window following payment confirmation. Because each order is produced on demand, we do not hold pre-printed stock of customised designs.

4.3 Shipping

• We currently ship within the European Union. Delivery is available to EU destinations listed at checkout, and shipping costs are calculated from the destination.
• Shipping times vary by destination. The available service and current shipping charge are shown at checkout.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

4.4 Pricing

All storefront and checkout prices are displayed and charged in EUR. VAT or local taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a payment you agree to Stripe's own terms of service.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty products

6.1 Cancelling before production

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided production has not started. Eligible cancellations can be requested from the Orders page and will be refunded to the original payment method. After this period, you may contact info@i-builder.app with your order reference, but cancellation is not guaranteed because production may already have begun.

6.2 Standard, non-personalised products

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase of a standard, non-personalised product without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the product.

To exercise this right, email info@i-builder.app before the 14-day period expires and include your name and order number. You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

Returned products must be securely packaged. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop, but you are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. We recommend using a tracked postal service because you remain responsible for the return until it reaches us.

6.3 Customised and personalised products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This includes cards, kits, guides and collections containing customer-selected content, text, illustrations, layouts, uploaded materials or other individually configured design elements.

Selecting an ordinary version of one of our standard, pre-designed kits does not by itself make that product personalised.

Personalised products may still be cancelled under Section 6.1 if production has not started. This exception does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not match the approved order.

6.4 Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing or printing defect, is incomplete, or differs from what you ordered, contact info@i-builder.app as soon as reasonably possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs that help us assess it.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. We will cover reasonable return costs when the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

Reporting an obvious delivery problem within 7 days helps us resolve it quickly, but does not limit your statutory rights or the applicable legal guarantee.

Minor variations in colour between an on-screen preview and a printed product are not normally defects where they result from differences between screens, materials and printing processes. This does not apply where the variation is substantial or the product does not match its description or approved design.

6.5 Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Payment providers and issuing banks may require additional time to display the refund.

7. Intellectual property

• All icons and illustrations in the I-Builder library are original works owned by Enache Cristian PFA and are protected by copyright.
• You may use your printed designs for personal and commercial purposes (e.g. labelling your products, hospitality signage, equipment instructions).
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw icon assets themselves.
• The I-Builder name, logo, and platform design are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enache Cristian PFA shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
• Any loss resulting from reliance on instruction cards created using this tool

Our total liability for any claim related to a print order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

10. Privacy

We collect personal data when you create an account, place an order, or contact us, and we use analytics to understand how the website is used. We do not sell your data. For full details see our Privacy Policy below.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

This Privacy Policy explains how Enache Cristian PFA ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use i-builder.app. It applies to all visitors and customers and is written in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect and why

Account data (name, email address, password) — collected when you create an account, which is required to save designs and place orders. Passwords are stored in hashed form only. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account instead of a password; we do not receive access to your Google account itself. Designs and projects you save are linked to your account. This data is stored in a database hosted on our own server (Hetzner, Germany, EU). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Order data (name, email address, delivery address, ordered products) — collected when you place a print order, to process and fulfil it and to send you order status notifications. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); retention of order records is also a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Romanian accounting law).

Payment data — handled exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact and custom-request data (name, email address, message) — collected when you use the contact form or request a custom illustration, so we can respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

IP address / browser data — collected passively by our server (Hetzner, Germany) for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects usage data including pages visited, session duration, approximate location (country/region), browser and device information, traffic source, and ecommerce interactions (such as adding a design to the cart). This data is pseudonymous: it is linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie, not to your name or email, and we do not use it to identify you personally. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not build user profiles for advertising purposes. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

3. Google fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which causes your browser to send your IP address to Google's servers in the United States. This transfer is covered by Google's standard contractual clauses. If you prefer to block this, you can use a browser extension that prevents third-party font requests.

4. Third-party processors

We share your data with the following processors only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payment processing. Your name and email are shared to generate a checkout session. Stripe is certified under EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Stripe Privacy Policy →

• Google LLC (USA) — analytics (Google Analytics 4) and optional “Sign in with Google” login. For analytics, pseudonymous usage data is sent to Google servers; for login, Google shares your name and email with us and processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other parties.

5. International transfers

Stripe and Google are based in the United States. Data transfers to these providers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

6. Data retention

• Order records (name, email, address, order details) — retained for 5 years from the date of order to comply with Romanian accounting law (Legea 82/1991).
• Account data — retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time; order records linked to it remain subject to the legal retention period above.
• Email correspondence — retained for up to 2 years.
• Data is securely deleted after the applicable retention period.

7. Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Right to restriction — you may ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, retained for up to 2 years) containing a random identifier used to distinguish users and sessions. These cookies do not contain your name, email, or other directly identifying information. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use your browser's localStorage for essential functionality:

• Design session — your work in progress in the creator tool is kept in your browser so you don't lose it between steps. If you save a design while logged in, it is stored in your account (see Section 2).
• Authentication — if you log in, a session token is kept in your browser so you stay signed in. It is removed when you log out.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this section. We will notify customers of material changes by email where we hold your contact details.
